Skema was created by a team with rare perspective: founders who have spent decades shaping the tools architects use every day. They were there at the startup stage of transformative design software, and later helped guide some of the world’s most widely adopted BIM solutions at scale.
Because they’ve worked on both sides—building products from the ground up and leading their global adoption—they understand where design workflows break down and how technology can actually solve the problem.
That’s why Skema feels different. It isn’t theory, it’s experience turned into action: a generative design tool built by people who know the pain of rework, the frustration of lost data, and the importance of software that architects actually want to use.
At Skema, we believe architects deserve tools that keep pace with their ideas and deliverables that keep pace with the industry. Our mission is simple: to make generative design and BIM workflows work together seamlessly, so architects can design boldly while staying connected to project realities.
